EUPHORBIA PUNICEA

I was privileged to see this unusual Euphorbiaceae succulent plant in bloom recently. Although I do not know the name of this plant, I am bewitched by its scarlet red flowers.

NB on 15 Mar 12: My very fantastic and knowledgeable colleague Harry identified this plant as Euphorbia punicea (common name: Jamaican Poinsettia) with a very apt reference to Poinsettia for its common name.
