PAEDERIA FOETIDA

This gigantic column of the Benjamin Sheares is not just covered by the common creeper Ficus pumila but there is a dense growth of the weed Paederia foetida, which I posted previously.

I wouldn't want to weed this away and will keep them here as long as I possibly can.

BAY EAST

The thick undergrowth towards the end of this park is a haven for birds, butterflies and some weeds such as this Paederia foetida (common name: Skunkvine, Stinkvine; Family: Rubiaceae) and Black-Headed Munia.


It is interesting to see the Casuarina cones up close too.
