CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND

Ok, in this hot weather, the children's playground officially won hands down for being the most popular location of the Bay South garden. The human density packing into that area is staggering on weekends, with half the crowd sitting under the giant leaf shelter while their kids run around the water play area.

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND

Since the opening of the Far East Organization sponsored Children's Playground on 20 Jan 14, this part of the gardens beside Satay by the Bay becomes one of the most popular congregation points for family groups with adults and kids who come here for water-based fun and adventure trails.

This newest playground at Gardens by the Bay is really like no other and the recent drought heat helped to drive them here. There is also a small GB cafe next to the water playground to sell basic food and beverage items to the visitors. The weekend and public holiday crowds for the last 2 weeks were just unbelievable.

NEX - ROOFTOP FACILITIES

The Public Library isn't open yet, but the water-themed children's playground on the rooftop is always a draw, like VivoCity, IMM etc.

There is also the small enclosed Dog Run area, and I could see the dogs and owners having a swell of a time there.
