I was hungry and the Kopitiam was at level 4. Actually, many of the stalls were closed or rather vacated. Business must be damned bad, and I guess locating it on a high floor of a low traffic shopping centre is not a good idea.
Anyway, I saw this interesting shop selling some tabletop or container gardens and there is also a green wall somewhere on the outside plaza.
