HOUSE PLANTS

It appears that my red flower Crossandra is producing seeds. I shall see if the seeds can be harvested for germination.

Meanwhile, my variegated Aptenia cordifolia was also growing so well that I harvested a few kilograms of it back to my office for planting.
Hopefully it produces viable seeds

This is such a shy plant

HOUSE PLANTS

I bought the red-flower Crossandra and a number of small plants e.g. ferns, Pilea, Fittonia, a few weeks ago for my home planting.

PARAGON

Outside, the landscape is planted with lots of orange flower Crossandra, which I like very much. The vibrant Sunkist orange colour is one that I always love to add to my landscape projects. To me, the colour represents positive energy.

Inside, there were lots of male and female mannequins lining the aisles, adding some semblance of artificial life to the cold hard mall.

PSEUDERANTHEMUM ANDERSONII

I started to appreciate and love this understated Pseuderanthemum andersonii (synonym: P. graciflorum, P. graciliflorum) from the Acanthaceae Family in recent years. The common names range from Blue Twilight, Blue Crossandra to Florida Twilight.

When it is not flowering, it is not an eye-catching plant with its uninteresting green leaves. But when it does, the bluish-purple flowers do make me sit up. A link is attached below:
