This is the Musical Notes or Do-Re-Mi Plant, before the flowers are fully opened. In this state, it hardly reminds one of its musical inclination.

These were the unopened flowers of the Clerodendrum macrosiphon (common name:Musical Notes, Do-Re-Mi Plant; Family: Verbenaceae) that I mentioned recently.

Too bad, I didn't manage to capture the opened flowers before they shed. When I got to them yesterday, the flowers were already badly damaged by the recent rainfall.
