DUMPLING NOODLE
I don't like the angle of my photo, but anyway I am showing off this plate of tasty organic dumpling noodle served by a restaurant at the B1 level at Central.

DUMPLINGS
These are chinese dumplings and each of them cost about $5. Prices of food in food courts are going up, and just this morning, I read in the papers that SBS and TransitLink bus companies are requesting for fare increase, once again.
Commodities are becoming more costly each day and just a cup of coffeeshop coffee or tea is at least 90 cents. Oops, I digressed too much and by the way, the former steamed dumpling 小笼包 was rather delicious with lots of soup within the steamed bun. However, it is best not to eat too much of these dumplings because a double dose of the steamed and soup meat is likely too much for one to handle unless one has a strong penchant for pork.
