Isn't the view splendid from the top? Right from this vantage point, I could see the Chinatown, Raffles Place and CBD area, including the distant Marina Bay Sands.From another angle, I could see the Singapore River with its colourful rows of conserved shophouses, waterfronyt dining and river boats along Clarke Quay. How things have changed in the last few decades. Time and tide really waits for no one.
Back inside the mall, the spirit of christmas is lingering in the air.
