This block of flats are going gaga over the Periwinkle. Otherwise, how do you explain why they can be found on 4 of these floors?The ones growing on the second floor is cascading beautifully over the wall. When would mine be able to do that? On the sixth floor, the owner grew both the pink and white Periwinkles. Other than that, the owner also has some large-flower shrub. With my naked eyes, I could not make out what it was until I used my camera to zoom in on the plant. It turned out to be a cream yellow Hibiscus.
