SKIPPER ON ABELIA

I saw this skipper on the beautiful Abelia grandiflora plant from the Caprifoliaceae Family. I am not sure if this is the Starry Bob skipper?

It then skipped, I mean hopped, onto the adjacent Abelia grandiflora 'Kaleidoscope'.

Anyway, from the attached link, I just realized that the plant should be Abelia x grandiflora (Andre) Rehd. and it was hybridized between A. chinensis and A. uniflora.

PALM BOB

This is one pretty skipper Suastus gremius gremius from the Hesperiidae Family.

I wonder how it got its common name and scientific name?
