PINK

I saw a splash of pink recently at the Cathay Building's 5th floor. It was coming from the Tabebuia rosea (common name: Tecoma Tree) at the vicinity of the SMU and it was enough to get my attention. Sadly, it would have been a newsworthy sight if all the trees flowered with the same intensity and ferocity! I know it is a strange adjective to describe a plant but I sometimes wish plants are more ferocious in their flowering.

Nevertheless, it is still a beautiful sight amongst the greenery and city scrapers.
