PSEUDOWEINMANNIA LACHNOCARPA

I purchased this plant from Australia's Yuruga Nursery because of its pretty pinkish trifoliate and serrated new leaf flushes.

The common name is Rose Marara, Scrub Rosewood, and its synonyms are Weinmannia lachnocarpa and Geissois lachnocarpa. The Family is the very obscure Cunoniaceae.

Little did I know that this is actually a huge Australian rainforest tree that can grow up to 40 m tall with prominent buttress roots. The flowers are supposedly without petals.
