I received these hell notes in my letter box on two separate days last month. It was not because I gambled and owed the loan sharks.Apparently, someone from the neighbouring block borrowed money from the loan sharks and could not make his payment. In the end, the loan sharks distributed these hell notes to every single unit in the few blocks, with the intention of pressurizing the person to pay up.
Of course the police was alerted and hopefully, nothing really happens to everyone.
