When I first laid my eyes on this orange-flower ginger plant from the Zingiberaceae Family, I love it. But I understood that it is not an easy ginger to grow and seldom, if not hardly, flowers.

But this Golden Brush Ginger that we bought in Thailand flowered so fabulously recently and took my breath away. Who can resist the beauty of this mass of orange flowers and leaves with reddish petioles and maroon underside. Not me!
