BRUGMANSIA

This Brugmansia (common name: Angel's Trumpet), from the Solanaceae Family, that I got from a collector flowered a few times recently. Unfortunately there wasn't sufficient fertilizers applied to it, otherwise I am sure it would flower more profusely. There are a few other Brugmansias in the park that would benefit from the fertilizing.

Although this plant has carcinogenic properties and was not planted in Singapore's landscape, I hope this plant becomes a permanent fixture of this park. Those that I saw in Philippines along their roads blew me away completely.
