I couldn't remember where I took this photo but it was taken on 3 Mar 10.
This bird was perching on a bare branch in an open area. Was it basking under the sun or looking out for something. Only it knows. Maybe it does not have much predators or enemies in the sky or it takes confidence and courage to put itself in the open sky.
