I was wrong in my earlier post. I mentioned then that there were a few branches with remaining leaves that were not shed. In fact, those were the first few branches with newly formed green leaves from the young sprouts.
Taken on 28 Feb 10, these photos showed a tree completely covered with leaves. The floor was littered with the shed flowers but I forgot to take the photo for documentation.
