When we first bought this palm, we were told it is a Phoenix hasiana from the Arecaceae Family. However, I couldn't find such a species in any references. The tips of the pinnate fronds are sharp-pointed to the touch.Anyway, it was growing very well at this spot where it was planted. It was pruned two days ago and I took the photos right after.
