No one knows the name of this plant. I was told it is called Ixora 'Nong Nooch' but I could not find anything on this on the web. Anyway, I felt the flowers look like shooting stars or arrows and the white flowers give it a very pure look.
There is only one of this in HortPark and I have not seen it anywhere else in Singapore or overseas.
NB (6 Aug 10): The name of this tropical evergreen forest shrub is confirmed to be Duperrea scabrida.
