TABEBUIA ARGENTEA

From the 1st photo and its silhouette, is it possible to guess the identity of this tree as the Silver Trumpet Tree from the Bignoniaceae Family?

With silverish white leaves and typical yellow trumpet-shaped flowers on a relatively open crown, it can fit in a silver or golden garden. Compared to the more common Tabebuia rosea (common name: Pink Tecoma), this small to medium-sized tree grows well in arid conditions and should be planted in well-drained soils.
