ADIANTUM TRAPEZIFORME

I suppose this is one of the biggest maidenhair fern, since one of the common names include Giant Maidenhair? Another common name is Diamond Maidenhair, probably because of the shape of its pinnate leaves borne on a black soft stem.

They are seemingly easier to maintain than the common but smaller and more delicate maidenhair ferns sold in commercial nurseries. At least this fern does not just dry out so easily.

It is from the Pteridaceae Family, which includes the other common ferns such as Pteris.
