After seeing the very interesting common names, I doubt anyone can forget it. Known as the Midnight Horror or Broken Bones Plant from the Bignoniaceae Family, the synonym includes Bignonia indica. Other common names are Indian Trumpet Flower and Tree of Damocles. The night bloomer is pollinated by bats and the down hanging seed pods look like swords up the tree. The branches are shed and accumulate around the base of the tree, resembling a pile of bones, hence the common name Broken Bones Plant.
