I don't know why but somehow I felt this christmas decor looked more like chinese new year decor to me. I can almost imagine them recycling the materials for the latter's decor that is coming up soon after christmas. The circular medallion thing seemed to have an abacus in its center and I am sure they can convert it into a chinese coin easily.
