ORCHARD CENTRAL

This is a green wall at the basement and the Selaginella is not doing well. Under such conditions, this plant may not be the best choice.

I just conducted a short course just yesterday and I was sharing with the participants that whilst design and theme are important, it is also important to know the function(s) of the plant, the site conditions and the growth requirements of the plants before selecting the plants.

Anyway, the other photos were taken at the same basement level and I love the illusion of a mirror image created by the continuous glass panels. The strong distinctive colours and other design elements e.g. flowing water, definitely add to the whole allure of the simple but effective display.
