ROMA STREET PARKLAND 2

This is a continuation of the earlier post.

Try as they might, it is difficult to establish plants on a slope. But it was interesting how they tried to plant up the slope with various methods and sorts of plants. But what stood out for me was the Aloe that was flowering. The contrast with the Allamanda on the side looked great in terms of colour and texture.

There were also potted Coleus annuals of various colours at the base of the slope.

The brochure cart looked interesting too.

Finally, there was the grand lawn in the middle of the park. The grass looked manicured, albeit a little dry, from the higher vantage point that would lead us to another attraction within the park.
