Actually, some of the trees along Cluny Road flowers rather frequently.These are the flowers of the native coastal Calophyllum soulattri (synonym: Calophyllum wallichianum) from the Family Clusiaceae (Guttiferae). The new leaf flushes are pinkish and turn green over time.
